OVERVIEW

Our modern facility and professional
techniques allow us to provide high precision and complex components at very
competitive prices and lead times without compromising quality. We can handle
both low and high volume production of parts and assemblies of all materials, shapes, and sizes.

We have experience working with a wide range of materials form soft materials including aluminum, brass, copper and plastics to hard materials including tool steels, stainless and other hard/tough alloys such as Strenx and Hardox.

         We use state of the art CNC equipment and
CAD/CAM software including SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Mastercam.

         We utilize professional measuring and quality control techniques to ensure a high level of quality and precision.

EQUIPMENT

Our state of the art CNC machines and team of highly skilled machinists provide the advanced capabilities required to produce high quality parts and assemblies manufactured to meet or exceed strict customer specifications.

Our equipment includes:

  • 6 vertical CNC milling machines of various sizes.
  • 2 CNC lathes one of which is equipped with an automatic material pusher.
  • A 5-axis laser capable of cutting 1/2” thick carbon steel as well as 1/8” thick aluminum, stainless and galvanized steel.
  • 4 presses (mechanical and hydraulic) with up to 300 ton capacity.
  • Several manual machines including vertical and horizontal mills, lathe, radial arm drill, surface grinders, etc.
  • A large “tumbler” machine for in-house vibra-finishing.
  • Black oxide station for in-house coatings.
  • Welding equipment including spot, stick, MIG and TIG welders.
  • Measuring equipment including several gauges, shadowgraph, Mitutoyo CMM, etc.

Using state of the art CAD/CAM software including SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Mastercam we can help our customers reach their manufacturing goals from Ideas and brainstorming to finished and functional parts and assemblies. Our talented team of highly skilled professionals can assist in all stages of production of various parts, assemblies, jigs, fixtures, tooling and automation equipment.
